  • Wet Kitchen – Conventional Kitchen with counter top finished with 16 to 18mm Thick Granite with Single Nosing.
  • 20 Guage Stainless Steel Double Bowl Sink with Drain board from Nirali or Equivalent.

PAINTING

Internal – Smooth Finish with good quality putty over a coat of primer finished with two coats of Premium emulsion paint.

EXTERNAL

20 – 24mm Thick Plastering. Finishing with Birla Wall putty or Texture. Over the putty weather coat external paint of ICI / Asian or equivalent.
