Every day the sun radiates, an enormous amount of energy and all we have to do is make the use of it. The first steps to any big change have to start from home, and so we embraced the solar power to reduce our carbon footprint. All the villas have rooftop solar power generators of 6.5 KW  that affords up to 7.04 KW of electrical energy in total which is the highest yield for a villa community. It is used for energy requirements of common amenities using a smart grid system.

Our pets are a part of the family. Walk leisurely with them as they interact with other pets and can walk around without a leash. Restless pets are taken care of only at Zresta!
